Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit the Hipobuy website and sign up with your email. Verify your phone number and set your default address to your UK location. Use a strong, unique password.
Step 2: Browse the Spreadsheet
Visit our Spreadsheet page to find products. Browse categories, check ratings, and read summaries. This saves you from browsing thousands of unorganized listings.
Step 3: Find a Product
Choose a highly-rated product (8.5+). Copy the link or product ID from the spreadsheet. Paste it into your agent order form.
Step 4: Submit Your Order
Add any notes about sizing or color. Submit the order and wait for your agent to purchase the item. This usually takes 1-3 days.
Step 5: QC Photos
When QC photos arrive, inspect them carefully. Check our QC Guide for what to look for. Approve or request an exchange.
Step 6: Choose Shipping
Select a shipping line based on your budget and timeline. DHL for fast, EMS for balanced, EUB for cheap. See our Shipping Guide.
Step 7: Track and Receive
Track your parcel using the tracking number. Once it arrives in the UK, delivery usually takes 1-3 days. Enjoy your purchase!
